Origin, diffusion and economic characteristics

Medium-sized breed originating in North-East Germany. Rustic breed that resists well to the cold winters of the Dorigo area. Raised for meat production. It lays around 30 eggs.

Morphological characteristics

The most popular color is undoubtedly the Pezzata one, however there are subjects in the two gray and white solid colors. Orange-red beak, pinkish flesh-colored legs.
Medium weight:
- males 6 kg
- females 5 kg.
